The City of Roseville is migrating to a new utility billing software that will provide a modern and enhanced customer service experience. 

To transition to this new system, the City will not be able to accept utility billing payments from Tuesday, May 21st, at 4:00pm through Wednesday, May 29th.

Please be aware with the transition to the newly upgraded utility billing software, all accounts that were previously setup as an electronic transfer of funds, or auto payment will need to re-register as the new online payment servicer will not carry over previous payment preference information.
